If you have not completed the FEMA's Courses IS-100 and IS-700 then you must complete them no later that 01 August 2008. The courses can be obtained at www.training.fema.gov, There are also many other courses listed, so please feel free to complete any of them you like. As always please send a copy of the email you get from the institute to our Training Officer so it can be entered into your training record.

SKYWARN TRAINING
The National Weather Service is offering free SKYWARN spotter training on Wednesday, June 18th from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. The location is the Salvation Army Annex, 1 Montgomery Avenue, Nashua. Anyone interested is welcome to attend this free training. Participants will be asked to fill out a short form during the class. Official Spotter numbers will be given to anyone who attends a training and is at least 16 years of age or older.
People younger than 16 who desire a spotter number, and who can present special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please register by emailing hc-skywarn@comcast.net
